We’ve compiled our best tips and ideas to help you host a successful BOGO Fair. Try just a few of our suggestions or recruit some help and go all in!

Two Weeks Before
- Plan where and how the Fair will be set up
- Send home student invites and bookmarks to families
- Send a Principal letter home
- Recruit volunteers
- Decide on a theme (if using one)
One Week Before
- Finalize your volunteer schedule
- Prepare any decorations
- Hang hallway posters and use the school marquee to promote the Fair
- Use downloadable social media promotions
Week of the Book Fair
- Hold classroom previews and include student wish lists
- Schedule Teacher Previews and set up Classroom Wish Lists
- Hold a dress-up/dress-down day to promote the Fair or as a reward for reaching a Book Fair goal
- Share Principal and teacher recommended books
- Host contests

Earn 20% in Product Rewards
Just for hosting a BOGO Fair, you’re eligible to earn 20% in product rewards**. After your Fair, redeem your product rewards on your remaining stock***. It’s a great way to add books to your school library and classrooms, reward Fair volunteers, or hand out books to students to enhance their summer reading list.
*All free items must be of equal or lesser value than the ones you buy. Titles vary by Book Fair. All items are available while supplies last.
**20% in product rewards is based on a base Net Sales of $1,500.
***Product rewards should be taken off the Fair at full cover price.
