Growth, change, and opportunity come every new school year. For many kids, they\u2019ll experience growing pains as they attend kindergarten or maybe middle school for the first time. Perhaps your family has moved and changed school districts and they\u2019re learning to make new friends. And of course, those first-day of school jitters happen to everyone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. First Day of School<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The first day of school can be exciting (and sometimes nerve-wracking), especially as many students head back to school full-time. Help your kids conquer their first day jitters.
