You have a unique superpower to make your students feel seen. Be their biggest cheerleader for even the smallest of accomplishments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are a few ways you can make a big deal out of their little victories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Praise Goes a Long Way<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Celebrate your students\u2019 successes by offering praise in the right way. Be more encouraging to students and focus more on the process rather than the outcome by starting your sentences with \u201cI notice\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Use Sticky Words of Encouragement<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Create long-lasting joy with jotted notes.
