Retournez la base.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2. Branchez le fil de l\u2019adaptateur secteur sur la base et sur la prise murale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3. Ins\u00e9rez le c\u00e2ble USB du lecteur manuel dans l\u2019un des deux ports USB situ\u00e9s sur la base.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4. Le lecteur manuel \u00e9mettra un bip et un voyant s\u2019allumera sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche de la base, indiquant que le lecteur est sous tension.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>ASTUCE! <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gardez la base branch\u00e9e en tout temps. Elle alimente le lecteur\u00a0 et maintient la connexion avec le terminal.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"container-fluid block_text\">\n\t<div class=\"bg-none mt-5 container-fluid\">\n\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col pb-2 text-start\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6 class=\"d-block mt-0\"><span>Indicateurs lumineux de la base :  <\/span><\/h6>\n\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Rouge : <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sous tension<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Vert clignotant : <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jumelage en cours<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Vert fixe : <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jumelage r\u00e9ussi, l\u2019appareil est pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Votre terminal arrivera d\u00e9j\u00e0 jumel\u00e9 \u00e0 la base. Si le voyant lumineux n\u2019est pas vert fixe, vous pourrez proc\u00e9der au jumelage dans la prochaine section.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"container-fluid block_text\">\n\t<div class=\"bg-none mt-5 container-fluid\">\n\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col pb-2 text-start\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"d-block mt-0\"><span>Brancher le terminal<\/span><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Par d\u00e9faut, le terminal utilise une connexion au r\u00e9seau cellulaire. Si le signal mobile de votre \u00e9cole est faible, causant des ralentissements, des d\u00e9lais ou des probl\u00e8mes de connexion, essayez de connecter votre appareil au r\u00e9seau de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement via Wi-Fi ou Ethernet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"fdfd\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"btn mt-4 btn-primary rounded-pill\" onclick=\"schcaTrackingEvent('French', 'Terminal MONERIS\u00ae GO RETAIL POS avec lecteur manuel', 'Brancher le terminal: Consultez le guide');\">Consultez le guide<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"container-fluid block_text\">\n\t<div class=\"bg-none mt-5 container-fluid\">\n\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col pb-2 text-start\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"d-block mt-0\"><span>Jumelage du terminal et de la base<\/span><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Votre terminal et votre base devraient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre jumel\u00e9s. Dans le cas contraire, suivez ces \u00e9tapes.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Mettre la base sous tension<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Assurez-vous que la base est branch\u00e9e tout au long du jumelage.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Mettre le terminal sous tension<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Appuyez sur le bouton de mise en marche situ\u00e9 sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche du terminal et maintenez-le enfonc\u00e9 pendant cinq secondes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019\u00e9cran s\u2019allume.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Lancer le jumelage<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Appuyez sur le bouton de mise en marche jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le menu apparaisse, puis appuyez sur <\/span><b>Base<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si vous voyez le message \u00ab\u2009<\/span><b>No base can be found<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2009\u00bb, passez \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Balayer le code QR de la base<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sur l\u2019\u00e9cran, appuyez sur la bo\u00eete de balayage <strong>[&#8211;]<\/strong> dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Soulevez le terminal de la base.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Retournez la base et balayez le code QR.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si vous voyez le message \u00ab<\/span><b>\u2009Invalid barcode\u2009<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bb, appuyez sur <\/span><b>OK<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> et essayez \u00e0 nouveau.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>ASTUCE! <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Placez la base sur une surface solide afin qu\u2019elle reste stable pendant le balayage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Confirmer le jumelage<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lorsque le message <strong>\u00ab\u2009Connections Available\u2009\u00bb<\/strong> appara\u00eet, appuyez sur <strong>Jumeler la base<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le terminal devrait se connecter automatiquement \u00e0 <\/span><b>ING2.4G_XXXXXX<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (la base de communication).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lorsque le message \u00ab\u2009<\/span><b>Pair Successful<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2009\u00bb appara\u00eet, appuyez sur <\/span><b>OK.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si vous voyez un message \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran indiquant \u00ab\u2009<\/span><b>Peripheral has been occupied by\u2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2009\u00bb, s\u00e9lectionnez <\/span><b>OUI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Cela confirme que la base communique avec le terminal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. Retour \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran d\u2019accueil<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Appuyez sur le bouton de navigation au bas de l\u2019\u00e9cran. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lancez l\u2019application <b>Moneris\u00ae Go Retail<\/b>. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>IMPORTANT!<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Si l\u2019\u00e9cran de connexion ne comporte pas de champ pour saisir votre mot de passe, faites glisser l\u2019\u00e9cran pour le fermer, puis appuyer sur l\u2019ic\u00f4ne de l\u2019application <\/span><b>Moneris Go\u00ae Retail<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> pour lancer l\u2019application appropri\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Connecter le lecteur USB<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rebranchez le lecteur dans le port USB. Il \u00e9mettra un bip pour indiquer qu\u2019il est allum\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"container-fluid block_text\">\n\t<div class=\"bg-none mt-5 container-fluid\">\n\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col pb-2 text-start\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"d-block mt-0\"><span>Mise sous tension du terminal<\/span><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Appuyez sur le bouton de mise en marche sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche du terminal et maintenez-le enfonc\u00e9 pendant cinq secondes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019\u00e9cran s\u2019allume.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Au d\u00e9marrage, l\u2019\u00e9cran bleu d\u2019Ingenico s\u2019affiche pendant 60 secondes, puis l\u2019\u00e9cran change.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3. L\u2019\u00e9cran de veille blanc s\u2019affiche avec l\u2019heure et la date. Apr\u00e8s au moins 30 secondes :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Faites glisser vers la droite.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dans le menu, s\u00e9lectionnez <strong>Quitter<\/strong>. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4. Sur l\u2019\u00e9cran suivant, appuyez sur l\u2019application <b>Moneris\u00ae Go Retail POS<\/b> pour la lancer.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"container-fluid block_text\">\n\t<div class=\"bg-none mt-5 container-fluid\">\n\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col pb-2 text-start\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"d-block mt-0\"><span>Connexion<\/span><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1. Appuyez sur le champ Nom d\u2019utilisateur et entrez votre nom d\u2019utilisateur qui se trouve sur l\u2019\u00e9tiquette verte sous le terminal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2. <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Appuyez sur le champ Mot de passe et entrez le mot de passe de l\u2019utilisateur, qui se trouve aussi sous le terminal (sensible \u00e0 la casse).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2. Appuyez sur Se connecter pour acc\u00e9der au syst\u00e8me POS.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"container-fluid block_text\">\n\t<div class=\"bg-none mt-5 container-fluid\">\n\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col pb-2 text-start\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6 class=\"d-block mt-0\"><span>Important :<\/span><\/h6>\n\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0Chaque terminal a <b>sa propre combinaison de nom d\u2019utilisateur et mot de passe<\/b>. Utilisez les identifiants qui appartiennent sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 cet appareil. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si vous voyez un \u00e9cran de connexion qui ne comporte pas de champ pour saisir votre mot de passe, vous n\u2019\u00eates pas au bon endroit. L\u2019\u00e9cran de connexion correct n\u00e9cessite un mot de passe et comporte une barre de connexion bleu. <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Appuyez sur le bouton de navigation carr\u00e9 en bas de l\u2019\u00e9cran.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Faites glisser vers le haut pour fermer l\u2019application. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lancez \u00e0 nouveau l\u2019application <b>Moneris\u00ae Go Retail POS<\/b> \u00e0 partir de l\u2019\u00e9cran principal. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>ASTUCE! <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Appuyez sur le globe dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit de l\u2019\u00e9cran de connexion pour passer au fran\u00e7ais.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"container-fluid block_text\">\n\t<div class=\"bg-none mt-5 container-fluid\">\n\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col pb-2 text-start\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"d-block mt-0\"><span>Utiliser le terminal et le lecteur manuel<\/span><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"container-fluid block_text\">\n\t<div class=\"bg-none  container-fluid\">\n\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col pb-2 text-start\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6 class=\"d-block mt-0\"><span>Important :<\/span><\/h6>\n\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le terminal fonctionne <b>aussi bien sur la base que sans elle<\/b>. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La base doit rester sous tension pour que le lecteur manuel fonctionne.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pour optimiser l\u2019autonomie de la batterie, laissez le terminal sur sa base autant que possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"container-fluid block_text\">\n\t<div class=\"bg-none mt-5 container-fluid\">\n\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col pb-2 text-start\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6 class=\"d-block mt-0\"><span>Balayer les articles d&#8217;une transaction : <\/span><\/h6>\n\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Appuyez sur le bouton<\/span><b> Lire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit de l\u2019\u00e9cran.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maintenez le lecteur manuel au-dessus du code-barres de l\u2019article et appuyez sur la g\u00e2chette pour le balayer. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vous entendrez un bip, et l\u2019article sera ajout\u00e9 au panier.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Balayez le code-barres de chaque article achet\u00e9 par le\/la client\u00b7e.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">V\u00e9rifiez que tous les articles balay\u00e9s apparaissent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran et que les quantit\u00e9s sont correctes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Appuyez sur <b>Voir le panier<\/b> pour afficher les <b>d\u00e9tails de la commande<\/b>, dont les articles, les prix et le montant total d\u00fb. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>IMPORTANT! <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">V\u00e9rifiez tous les articles dans le panier AVANT de traiter le paiement.
